Mahendra has a background in developing innovation GLAM Labs, especially in the cultural heritage sector.
He helped to establish, run and maintain British Library Labs and is a founding member of GLAM Labs.
Mahendra is the lead author of the team that wrote „Open a GLAM Lab“that explains how to establish, run and maintain a GLAM Lab. He is currently doing his PhD at the University of Strathclyde on the history, evolution and future of GLAM Labs in the department of Computer and Information Science.
