How to use the service?
The service is under development. A user creates or imports an existing research project into the HUMAL environment, based on a workflow developed in GitHub, Colab, Jupyter, or on a local computer. The project clearly describes the research questions, data sources, execution order, notebooks and scripts used, outputs, and known limitations. The environment allows the project to be run and shared and, where necessary, prepared for publication through other HUMAL services.

Is the service free to use?
Currently still in the planning stage. The final access model will be determined during MVP testing.
Connected services of ERCDI
Renku forms the workflow execution and sharing layer of HUMAL. Data may come from E-varamu, datasets published through DataDOI, Zenodo, GitHub, or other repositories and data sources. Workflow Publisher helps prepare a project created in Renku or another environment for publication, while the HUMAL Registry enables published workflows and datasets to be discovered and evaluated. HUMAL does not replace E-varamu, DataDOI, or other repositories, but creates the connections between them that are needed for research.
