Research area: quantitative analysis of Baltic Finnish folk song texts
I have learned firsthand, through various projects at the Estonian Literary Museum, that combining the humanities and technology remains a challenge despite our best efforts. HUMAL offers a practical solution by creating structured frameworks that make computational approaches truly accessible. Contributing to the development of these frameworks will also benefit my own research, helping me better structure and document my linguistic research on folklore texts.
